Pro-Router

Number One Systems adds the Pro-Router autorouter as an option to Easy-PC. As well as Trace-Router
(the standard autorouter shipped with various Easy-PC configurations) Easy-PC users can add high performance autorouting, delivering 100% completion on those large and complex designs.

The Easy-PC trial version includes a full trial copy of Pro-Router. If you want to check the power of Easy-PC for yourself, on your own designs, simply download and install the Easy-PC trial package. If you already have a current full working Easy-PC product installed, you can run the Pro-Router in trial mode on your existing installation.

If you are already using Easy-PC, you'll also find some designs routed with Pro-Router in your installed 'Examples' folder. These will give you some idea of the power you have at your fingertips when you use Pro-Router. You can also load your own designs and try them using this router, obviously you won't be able to save the results. It will give you a good idea of how well the router works with your own selection of designs.

Pro-Router is available in a range of options combining various pin and/or layer limits, depending on your intended design complexity.

Limits on layers are on the number of signal layers that can be routed. There is no limit on the number of power/ground planes on any of the configurations, these would be in addition to any signal layers.

Trace-Router

Trace-Router is our entry-level autorouter and fully integrated within Easy-PC. It is a modern rip-up and retry autorouter that utilises a numerically stable mathematical topology. This coupled with a highly efficient push-aside routing algorithm makes this router ideal for most types of designs. Some variants of Easy-PC have Trace-Router bundled in with the product, or it can be added for a small additional cost.
