How can I specify gold plating on pads for elastomer connectors?

I already have the pads in the design but need to separate them for manufacture, I could do this in the gerber editor, but can it be done in EasyPC?
I've had a go in Layers and Layer type settings but not sure I can acheive the result!

You will be best advised to speak to your pcb manufacturer as he will have his own set of preferred requirements, but you might find this article helpful,-
