Stockit brings you an easy to understand stock management and production planning tool, designed to greatly ease the task of inventory control and production kitting. A product of our many years of experience with stock management software tools, this dynamic product will bring tangible benefits to any small to medium enterprise needing to improve stock handling efficiency.

Developed from the ground up using industry standard tools and techniques, Stockit is aimed at small to medium businesses with a need for reliable management of their stores and production activities.

Flexible single or multi-seat configurations

Stockit is designed with a single, central database. Your network may be expanded to include many departments both on-site and possibly at remote locations that all require access to the stock database.

Stockit can be a single seat or multi-seat installation all accessing a single database located on one PC in the network. This ensures the data being accessed is always accurate and up-to-date. Certain users and departments may be allowed to modify and revise data, others may be restricted to ‘view only’ or be allowed only limited authority to modify and revise. It’s all under your complete control.

Stock Control and Kitting

Taking the risk out of stock control, Stockit holds complete records of parts lists, stock levels, component suppliers, purchase orders and production jobs, and automatically allocates stock when a new production batch is required.

You have full visibility and control throughout the production process, including the ability to track components in manufactured products right back to their originating purchase order.

The core of the product is built around a Microsoft Access database, accessed using the Microsoft Jet database engine for industry-standard access, performance and full multi-user capability.

As part of the continued development cycle of Stockit, version 1.5 brings you further advances in the production management process. As an economically priced upgrade for existing Stockit users and very reasonably priced for the older Stockit DOS users, this upgrade represents a sound investment in a highly productive toolset.
