Generally available to registered users of current versions of our software
for a period of time after purchase, and to those genuinely evaluating the software
prior to purchase. Read our

If you need technical assistance with any of our
products, you can reach our technical support staff at 01480 382538 (+44 1480
382538 from outside UK), or via
email at
support@numberone.com. No other number can be used or transferred to the
support desk. Our Technical Support Desk is open between 10:00am and 4:00pm (UK
time) Monday to Friday. If you find the phone is busy or a voicemail is
requested, please leave a message or send an email and your call will be
returned.
You need to provide the following each time you contact our Technical Support
team: your
Customer Reference Number (if you have one), the product type and its revision number (found on
the Help About dialog), your name and company name. Please have this to hand
before phoning the Technical Support Desk.
We regret that we cannot provide on-site support
for any problems, nor any form of support for discontinued products or for
problems relating to operating systems, networks, hardware, etc.
