Suggestions for product features
If you have any suggestions for improvements or additions to the software, we
will be happy to hear from you. We always take customer requests into
consideration when deciding on the features to be included in a new revision of
software, so your input to this process is valuable.
Reporting problems
Similarly, we want you to be able to rely on the product working correctly. So,
if you do find a particular problem with the software, please report it to our
Technical Support team so that it can be investigated. We recognise that your
production schedules are vitally important, so you will find that our response
to critical problems is generally unsurpassed in the industry.
How to contact us
You can email software
problems and suggestions direct to our Technical Support team using the Support
options available on the Help menu in Easy-PC itself. This feature is available
in addition to our existing Technical Support help desk which can be contacted
by phone or email (see the Support overview).
Or, you can of course simply use your own email software to send in problems
and suggestions. If you are doing so, please include the product name and
version, your contact details and customer ID/reference number, and a full
description.
Important: if you are reporting software problems through any channels, it is
important to include all relevant data files and problem descriptions. Missing
data or information may simply increase the length of time it takes to resolve
your issues. All customer data is treated in the utmost confidence and no customer
data is divulged to any third party without the express prior consent of the owner.
Updates
Finally, if you are having problems with your software, it is usually worth checking to see if there is a recent
update available before contacting our support team.
