Support Policy Technical Support We provide Technical Support for our products via email and telephone, in line with the timescales detailed below. Click here for information on how to get technical assistance with any of our products. We regret that we cannot provide on-site support for any problems, nor any form of support for discontinued products or for problems relating to operating systems, networks, hardware, etc. Updates Major "Version Updates" are (unless otherwise stated) available free to registered users within the 1 month free update warranty period. Outside that period (which starts at the date of invoice), a nominal fee will be charged to enable you to get the latest version of the product and continued support. We are unable to issue bug fixes or other program corrections on any version other than the current release version. In order for this to work successfully, it is essential that any problems are reported to us before your warranty period has expired. To take full advantage of the free update service you must complete and return the User Registration Form enclosed. Please check our list of latest product versions for the latest release information. Alternatively you can download a software update directly from our download library to get up to date with the latest revision. Users without a web connection will need to apply to Number One Systems for the update, for which there may be a small media charge. Patches From time to time we may issue 'patches' or small 'updates' to existing products, either to correct any faults which have come to light or to add new features. These updates are currently available free-of-charge as downloads from this page. Upgrades To upgrade from any of our DOS products to a Windows version, please contact us for more information. For existing Easy-PC For Windows users who have a pin limited variant, you can upgrade to one of the other variants for the difference in list price at any time. Operating Systems Our support for the various versions of Microsoft Windows is detailed here. |
