I often use copper pours to connect my ground nets together instead of specifically routing them.

But the pours don't seem to remove the connection lines even though they're all connected? Anyone know what to do to get it to register the connections are there?

Have you tried,-
Tools => Optimise Nets (all Nets) ?

Hi. Have you tried clicking on the Optimise Nets option under Tools? This usually does it for me.
