I'd like some advice, because editting an already laid track doesn't seem consistent.

I use 45deg tracks everywhere, and if I single click-and-drag a segment of a track, sometimes its just the segment I'm dragging that moves and grows or shrinks relative which direction I drag it. I like this action.

However sometimes, 2 or 3 segments are set in their lengths and random other segments grow and shrink. Which segments move makes no sense.

Also, sometimes double clicking and dragging gives me the above action I want, and other times its like an 'Edit Segment' and command and its like laying the track all over again...completely random.

I just think I dont understand what behaviour each action does, and to me it doesn't seem consistent. If anyone could explain I'd be forever grateful.

Hi

Try,-
PCB editor=>Settings=>Preferences=>PCB Interaction
Tick/Untick "Edit segment towards nearest end" and see which action you prefer.
