I have a board layout where I would like to round off existing corners to a 5mm radius, but I can see no simple way to do this. I would have thought there would be an option somewhere to right-click on the corner and add such a thing (or something like that) but there doesn't seem to be.
Any suggestions please? |

I know this topic is a month or so old, but just a sidenote...
"Try double left clicking the exact corner, -you should then be able to mitre/fillet automatically or type in radius." ... this will ONLY work if the corner is at exactly 90 degrees. So if you've been editing edges manually rather than using the grid, it may not let you!
Another way is to manually add a mitre line (45deg), set in by 5mm from the corner, as part of your board outline. Then right click on the mitre line and Convert to Arc (90deg).

Maybe change Preferences=>PCB Interaction=> (Untick) Edit segnment towards nearest end.
Works well for me, -practically intuitive!

This doesn't work at all for me, for some reason no such option comes up.
I kind-of solved it by doing the following:
1) Highlight one of the lines very near to the corner, right-click and "Add corner" - with this and then a bit of elbow grease using Edit Segment etc you can construct a mitred corner of the correct dimensions, although this is not easy!
2) Highlight the new mitred bit and right-click on Arc, then select radius and it should happen.
Btw if I don't "Add Corner" and just try to use the Edit Segment function then creating the mitre is even harder!
All this of course would be sooooo much easier if there was a simple "Add Mitre" function somewhere ... |

Select corner of pcb and start to drag the corner
Right click, toggle Filler/mitre, enter radius
Job done!
