Have a pcb that has 5 items that are on the copper pour net but are not being attached.
Two are vias.
One a component pad.
Two wiring pads.
Any ideas how to make them join?

looks like flood attaches them.
Cant see why spokes do not make other than that some are close to each other.
Is there a setting that effects this?

Try Design Tech=>Rules

Under "Powerplanes" on the left hand side, there is a section to define the minimum number of spokes when "Spokes" are selected.
If it can't fit the minimum number, the flood will miss them out altogether and throw up an error message.
