Hi. Running V18.0.4
I am updating a design originally turned out with version 13.
Multiple (22) Cu pour areas over 4 layers.
Currently these take their setting from 'Area'.
Given the version updates the spokes / clearances are now not the same as original.
I understand why, But it would now make more sense for me to use the default rules and define the spacings there as all or most will be the same.
Question: Is there a way to globally set Copper Pour rules to come from 'Design' rather than 'Area' .
This would save time and the risk of error in resetting each area manually.
Thanks.

Yes - understood. What I was really wondering if whether there was a quick way to set all Copper Pour Areas to use the design defaults instead of the 'Area' Settings used at the moment.
My concern is that I may miss an area given that there are 22 of them and not notice the omission on screen / gerber check.

You can set up the defaults under the rules tab, then on any particular layer you can override any of these individually if required.
