I want to flip top with bottom layer of the whole design.
Whenever I try this it flips pads adds vias and keeps tracking on the same layer.
Is there a way round this?

Thank Iain .

I tried that and could not get it to work.
Pads would move but tracks stayed on the original layer.
I gave up in the end and remade the pcb from scratch.
