Hi,

I am trying to create a board outline, that is circular and has 2 cutouts on the edges.

For some reason the cutout does nothing. I tried creating a circle at the location of the cutout and then remove half of the circle and merge the rest. For some reason I could not get that to work either.

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/22754277/EPC%20cutout.pnghere you can find a sample picture. What I am trying to achieve is have the small circle cutout of the bigger circle.

Hope someone has some pointers where to look.

Thanks.

Benno

Try a square profile, -then change to to a semicircle using ARC>Angle180.
Works for me every time.

Hi Iain,

I did, but in that case I get a circular outline with a bump, instead of a cutout of the big circle.

It probably is very easy, just never used this functionality.

Try merging shapes.
