I have set (Settings) the pad-to-pad and Track-to-pad spacings to 10 thou. My measured gap is 33 thou for pad to pad so I need a spacing of 23 thou. DRC says gap is 33 needs to be 60. Where does the extra 37 thou come from?

To ecrees fm Peter Small.
Yes - I had omitted a global (0v) guard spacing of 50 thou. Thank you very much!

Sorry, don't fully understand where you are coming from. Where does the ".....so I need a spacing (of what?) of 23 thou" come from?

Is there a spacing of 60 thou listed in your (Spacing) Settings table,(might give a clue)? Have you specified an additional "Guard Spacing" for this particular track?

PS
37+33 =70
