EPC seems needlessly awkward in the way it deals with case in netnames. If I change a net to an existing netname, and hit a key to get to the right initial netname letter, it does not match the case to the existing name. Since the result is usually a lower-case initial letter, If I then do not correct this prior to hitting OK, it subsequently won't let me correct the case of the initial letter. The only way to get the correct case seems to be to change the net then change it back. A rather silly annoyance, since (it seems) net names aren't case- sensitive.
