A number of users have reported that unrouting track path seems to have stopped working. It hasn't, but there is a setting which will need to be checked.

Under [Settings], [Preferences] open the 'PCB Interaction' tab. In the 'Unroute Nets' area, make sure that the 'Ignore Segments fixed for Router' option is unchecked.

Whenever a track is routed or edited manually, affected track segments always have a flag set which fixes the segment where autorouters are concerned, on the principle that you wouldn't be routing it manually if it weren't critical.

You can also see which tracks have this flag set by going to [View], [Display] and opening the 'Settings and Highlights' tab. There's an option in the third column, normally disabled, to highlight tracks fixed in this way which may be helpful.
