I am trying to edit an existing surface mount package.
I cannot see the pads on the edit screen.
I can get the text etc by enabling display pins.
If I select a pin it shows in 'selected' colour but disappears when I unselect it.
I have tried various display colour settings including changing background colour.
This only occurs with surface mount devices and it only occurs when attempting to change an existing package.
Is there a setting hidden somewhere that will allow me to see the pins?

*** After discussion with support - it appears that this is a Technology file issue - missing 'Top layer' in Layers tab.
