 Pad - size differ between layers

Hello,

How to create pad which, for example, has top layer round 2mm dia, and bottom (or opposite layer) 1.5mm with hole 1mm?

Go to Design Technology > Pad Styles and select the pad style. Click on Add Exception, where you can specify a different pad size for a specified layer.
