I seem to have a problem switching off the top layer pads at the moment.
Since updating!
All other layers hide when selection is removed but not top layer PADS.

Any ideas what to change etc

Thanks

Is this in the COMPONENT editor?
My top layer copper "hides" as expected in the PCB editor 20.0.2.

There was a layer called "wires" when I first purchased EPC.
That used to be a selectable layer on the pcb editor.
That used behave the same way.

You can still have a layer named "Wires" (with usage Type= Wire) in Ver. 20.0.2. If not already in your active Tech file you can add it in Design Tech. It would then also be selectable in the Layers tab. What you see when it is enabled/disabled depends on the settings you have ticked in the Design Tech table (which might be the solution to your question anyway).
