When I apply teardrops they only apply to a few of my via's and not across the whole design. I do not have any nets selected so they should apply everywhere. The via's are identical and are evenly spaced. I know the teardrops won't apply if they would violate a design rule but I don't see where it would.
Has anybody had a similar issue? There aren't a lot of options in the teardrop menu and I think I've covered all of the permutations.
