You need to check that the components you have used in the schematic do have the appropriate pcb symbol associated with the components used in the schematic. Otherwise EPC will report "schematic component only" during the translation process.
If you select (left click) the component in the Schematic and then right click and choose "Edit Component" in the drop down menu, you can quickly see if a pcb symbol has been associated with that (schematic) component.
