For some unknown reason my copper pour is flooding upto the board outline.
No gap as set in "Spacings"
Are there any other settings that may cause this?

If there is "no gap" (Shapes to Board = 0.00) set in Design Tech=>Spacings then isn't this what you should expect?

Ed I have the spacing set to 0.5 for Alu pcb.
It works on another drawing so must be just this one.
I think its compatibility issues with older drawings etc.
I sometimes have issues with copper pour.

Might be something to do with the copper pour line thickness ?

Nope looks like a quirky one.

Perhaps it's worth emailing the Project to Support so they can identify what has gone wrong? They are very helpful with such matters.
