 Stitching vias around border of pcb to ground

Is there a way to auto stitch vias in a dot grid pattern or as a border around the pcb? I wish to do this on board with a few RF traces to connect all the ground planes together. It'd be great if I didn't have to manually do each one.

Yes there is. Look at the help file for stitching vias.
